Service Description

Advantora Insights is a B2B SaaS platform providing automated data visualization, document extraction, and Generative BI report creation for datasets including CSV, XLSX, PDF, DOCX, and Images.

Acceptable & Fair Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer the local DuckDB engine, attempting to scrape or bypass our API boundaries, or using the platform to process illegal content.

Fair Use Policy: Because AI processing and Vision OCR incur significant compute costs, Advantora Insights reserves the right to rate-limit, pause, or terminate accounts that exhibit unusually high API usage that negatively impacts the platform's performance or viability.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing. As outlined in our Refund Policy, all B2B software sales are final, and we do not issue refunds for unused time or accidental renewals.

Limitation of Liability

Advantora Insights utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to interpret data and generate code. While we strive for accurate, inspectable calculations, AI can occasionally produce errors or "hallucinations." Advantora Insights is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or damages incurred as a result of using insights generated by our platform. Users must independently verify critical data.
