Advantora Insights is a B2B Software-as-a-Service platform. Because we provide a Free Tier that allows users to fully evaluate the software prior to purchase, and because processing AI models incurs immediate, unrecoverable compute costs, we do not offer refunds for any paid subscription tiers.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
